Official chronological flow of assessment dates, task deadlines, and interview schedules for SRM Insider Community.
Application Form Opens
Registration officially open on the portal. Eligible SRM IST students can submit their profile details, campus, department, CGPA, resume, and select their preferred domains.
Application Deadline (Strict Cutoff)
The portal closes submissions permanently at this time. All incomplete drafts will be discarded. Shortlisted candidates proceed to technical assessments and domain tasks.

Creatives Domain Task Submission
Creative prompts and submission guidelines will be provided to shortlisted candidates via email and the WhatsApp updates group.
Corporate Domain 1-on-1 Interviews
No technical assessment. Direct 1-on-1 personal and situational interviews with the community leadership team.
Results Announcement & Onboarding
Results are sent out via email within 3–5 days following completion of all tests and interviews. Selected candidates receive welcome packages, GitHub organization access, and immediate onboarding into active community projects like SRM Verse and SRM Roomie.
